The Magic Of Letting Go
We hear so much about releasing the things that no longer serve us.
Let go of what hurts.
Release what weighs you down.
Make room for something new.
But sometimes it isn’t that simple.
Some beliefs, patterns, and wounds have been with us for so long that they’ve become woven into who we are. They became ways of protecting ourselves, ways of seeing the world, ways of being.
So letting go can feel like asking, Who am I without this?
Maybe the answer is… still you.
Releasing something doesn’t mean pretending it never happened or denying how it shaped you. It means acknowledging it, honouring what it taught you, and deciding you don’t have to carry it forward.
Sometimes the magic isn’t becoming someone new.
It’s uncovering the person you were beneath everything you were taught to carry.
